Warranty for Retractable Awning

This 5-year limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for the frame and fabric of your retractable awning, effective from the date of purchase. We guarantee that the awning will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from faulty installation, improper use, or weather-related incidents, such as extreme wind, hail, or heavy snow. To make a claim, please retain your original purchase receipt and contact our customer service within the warranty period. We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective parts at our discretion.

One-Year Limited Warranty for Gazebo

This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If your gazebo suffers from any manufacturing defects under normal use during this period, we will repair or replace the affected parts, at our discretion, free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. To claim warranty service, please provide proof of purchase along with a description of the issue.
